Hello from Turks and Caicos! Swam with two Eagle Rays yesterday!

ATTRACT WEALTH in Austin this weekend! Super special

HYPNO-TWITTERS short blasts of hypnosis. I need your input

HOW TO GET FOCUSED productivity can improve around here

HOT THINGS FOR YOUR BRAIN great price, need your input

Hello my bright shiny new years friends!

As my New Year begins, I am blessed and honored to have all of you as my friends.

When I travel I get to meet some of you, even in the most unusual places on earth. Make your presence known and when I am in your corner of the world, let me buy you lunch.

For the rest of this week I am in Turks and Caicos on Grace Bay. It might be the most beautiful beach on earth. Today I am headed to Iguana island where there are only iguanas for inhabitants. I am also off to Middle Caicos to go cave trekking.

Thursday I fly  home, then get right back on the plane on friday to go to AUSTIN, TEXAS.

ATTRACT WEALTH seminar with Joe Vitale. In the last week we have seen a lot of new people getting signed up on the 2 for 1 offer. Joe had to move us to the 18th floor to accomodate all the new people, so there is MORE ROOM for a few more attendees. AND Joe said I can offer the 2 for 1 to all of you.

Joe Sugarman will be there. I met him in Huntington beach recently and I am so excited to learn from him this weekend. He is a master of wealth attraction.

LOVE MONEY? HATE MONEY? Angry, confused, frustrated?
This weekend I will speak on Sunday, and I will put you through the paces on what it takes to get your attitude totaly shifted about money. Do you secretly hate money because you fight so hard to earn it? Do you have resentment about the way it affects others and the conflicts it causes? Do you have secret blockages that prevent you from attracting wealth?

If so, all your efforts to create wealth and feel GOOD about money will be met with deep internal conflict.

Come to Austin, let’s take care of it!
Hotel and Airfare is so cheap right now. Check it out, last minute airfares are rock bottom this week!

2 for 1 tickets are still available. No guarantee how many. Mark warned me they were almost gone.

HYPNO-TWITTERS short blasts of hypnosis. I need your input!

PC World magazine and MAC World both said that Wendi (yes, they actual care about what I am doing) should NEVER do THIS with twitter.

Well you know me… I like breaking the rules at times.
I hypnotize my twitter followers with hypnotic posts in text AND with these short 2-3 minute hypnosis sessions.

WILL YOU help me by listening to one of them and leaving comments on the page?

This free hypno session is short, about 3 minutes and is about eating healthy and losing weight. Magical hypnosis process that practically guarantees that you will start craving veggies and losing your desire for the bad stuff.

(There is a $20 gift certificate code at the end as a thank you for watching rating and commenting. You can use it on any $30 or more program)

HOW TO GET FOCUSED productivity can improve around here

The most requested topic I get lately is about being productive. How do you get focused and stay on your project to get it done? On my live shows we have found ways to improve your focus and stay excited and creative when doing a project. There are many distractions for all of us when choosing to get things done. Here are my tips-

Step 1- GET INTO TRANCE-

Create a state of focus in your brain, during trance.

Tell your mind that you feel focused, powerful, intensely creative.

Link that state to a symbol that puts you into that state, like a doorway, a crystal, a beam of light… whatever your mind comes up with during trance that symbolizes unrelenting focus for you.

When envisioning your SYMBOL, imagine the project as ALREADY finished. Find 3 unexpected cool benefits to getting it done.

In your mind, do a crazy chicken (or animal of your choice) dance that represents being finished. Now of course you can get up and actually do the crazy chicken dance to anchor the actual physiology into the state of focus.

Why should you do this?
In addition to creating a state of focus, we want your brain to attach a feeling of joy, exhuberance, excitement, screaming, yelling, whooping, moaning… as  many sights, sounds, and feelings to the completion.

Most of you do NOT have a state that represents getting it DONE so you only feel overwhelmed or unmotivated when starting a project.

Try it today, you will like it.

Yesterday I sat on the edge of the water staring at the small smooth waves that were rolling over the coral and sand. I felt completely lost in the moment, unable to think of anything else.
My focus was intense as all my senses were involved.
Nothing else mattered at that moment, nothing could interfere with my desire to watch as the turquoise colors mixed in the intense spots of sunlight.
Nothing could stop the sparkling illumination of the waves.
The ocean’s creation is a most spectacular gift.

I am going to shoot video of that very spot today. And I am going to make it into a video and audio hypnosis session for YOU. Give me a day, I will have it for you tonight!

HOT THINGS FOR YOUR BRAIN great price, Need Your Input!

This year I am making several new programs every month.
I want YOUR input. What you do you want me to create?
The ideas that YOU GIVE ME, and that I decide to CREATE might become CD or VIDEO programs. If I use YOUR request you get it for FREE! And the rest of you on the Newsletter list will get it at my great introductory price.

Deal? Cool.

Submit your ideas at the blog page in the comments.

  1. How about a session on Ho’oponopono? A quick trance and then
take us through a Ho’oponopono visualization to forgive someone?

    Thanks for all you do!

  2. “I want YOUR input. What you do you want me to create?”

With so many students dreading their term papers, or harried office workers trying to finish the big report, or all of us who have that novel or screenplay inside them that they just can’t get out (or even get started) I would love it if you could create a program to help struggling writers to “GET RIGHT TO WRITE”!

Maybe a program that has visualizations to help focus on the project and see the end in site, ways to create triggers to make us excited about writing, and get us into the “zone of writing” as soon as our fingers hit the keyboard.

Your “Do It Now” program has been of great help, but still, the daunting aspect of the blank page (or blank computer screen) can still be overwhelming at times and a specific program geared to helping not only getting a writing project done, but be excited about writing and focused on words would be an amazing gift to all of us who have one time or another banged their head against the keyboard in frustration.

I am sure all the high school, college and grad students, office managers, VPs, copy writers and all the other of millions of struggling writers would join me in wanting a program to make writing easier and more joyful.

    Thanks,

    John

  3. Hello Wendy,
I really need to get my boyfriend to quit smoking. I’ve been suggesting Hypnosis but he doesn’t believe it will work. Anyway, you can post a sample I can give to him to try? Any suggestions on how to get him to try it? Thanks can’t wait to listen tot he weight loss/eating habits sample!!

  4. I have a good chunk of debt right now, but I was considering signing up for the seminar for myself and my girlfriend anyway, however, the only signup page I see is the “matchmaker” special, which, I’m not sure I understand. I thought the “2 for 1” for $498 meant I could sign us both up for that price, leaving only travel and hotel to be determined, but the page seems to indicate that I will be paired with someone and that the price is only for one person. Any clarification is appreciated!

As for new programs, I’ve mentioned my request in a few of your live chats, although it seems it has never come to fruition (ran out of time, better ideas came along, sidetracked, etc…). I’d like a “Perfect Number Generating Engine” for my brain. I choose at least 100 sets of numbers for online lotteries/keno daily (usually using quick pick numbers for time’s sake) and would love to start winning more often. The “Lucky You” sets are helpful, but I don’t feel like they are specific enough for what I’m looking for.

Thanks in advance for your information and consideration, and thank you so much for all you’ve shared already! May all your endeavors in 2009 be fantastic successes!

  6. I used your “How to spot a Liar” program to confirm my suspicions. Since we are working to stay together, I could use something on building trust or attracting fidelity. Or if the truth is once a liar, always a liar, I would like to understand that concept and be equipped to see that as well.
Have a safe and enjoyable trip Wendi!

  7. Hi Wendi,

I have a relative who is a new mom, she’s having great difficulty breast feeding and is becoming depressed about this. I believe that a hypnosis cd on this subject would be greatly appreciated. The lacation nurses would use this!

  8. Hi Wendi,

I’m really into getting guidance from my dreams. I have had some amazing results. What I’d like you to do, is help train my brain to remember my dreams in rich detail. Also just because you are wake, doesn’t mean the guidance stops. I would like to recognize with more efficiently the “coincidences” and symbols that pop up and give more understanding to their meanings. Can you imagine, if we were aware of the tiniest messages that come to us as guidance, how much richer we could live our lives.

    Thanks!
    Love, Ivy

    • The CD that has the reading sessions also has spelling sessions. It is called SPEED READ, SPELL WELL and it has tracks for young people and for adults.
As for the teenage thing, I can tell you that my thoughts are with you. I know what a huge challenge teenagers can be when they lose their enthusiasm for life. IS there pot involved?

  12. “skeema’s”, you know those pesky ideas that got started when we were kids and in some cases [ me included ] irrationally control the way we process events in our lives. I believe there are 8 of them and everyone is affected by 1 or more to a certain extent. [abandenment, social inadaquacy and so on ]. I’m working on therapeutic gem treatments [cleansing chakras and the like] and think that the combination could prove to be a major breakthrough for the ones who have trouble overcoming these skeema’s. I would like to have some positive affermations and maybe even post hypnotic suggestions on disc for each. Wheather you deam this worthy I would still like to hear from you about this. Thanks, Dutch

  13. Hey Wendi and friends! I am taking you up on your invite to suggest some possible sessions: I know you offer CD’s for the re-growth of hair, but how about “Letting Go of UNWANTED Hair” (we all have a little of that and what a time saver!), or how about a session for enhancing your inner visual as an artist or for someone in a creative field…another might be to heave a greater commitment to meditate. I bet you already have something for that! I would love a session for letting go of caffeine addiction!! Just a few thoughts….by the way, I LOVE the sessions that I have purchased from you Wendi! You are fantastic, thank you so much!

  14. Dear Wendi,
What seems to be the main blocker to my work with the Law of Attraction is not knowing how or what beliefs I have that are running in the background that are negating my intentions. Working on general beliefs is not doing it, but hypnosis seems to be the most powerful tool to get at these.

The other problem with this process is “allowing”, really and truly letting go of the outcome and forgetting that I made the intention in the first place. When in the past I have manifested my intentions, this is what had happened that I believe “allowed” it to come through, or not be hindered by the “yeah-buts” and counter beliefs. It is very hard for me to tell myself to not remember something, similar to the idea of “don’t think of a purple cow”.

I hope this is interesting or possible and popular enough for you to put together a good program.

Thanks for the opportunity to give input.

I’ve always enjoyed your material and I love your warmth and infectious enthusiasm. This rather instant age of communications that we find ourselves in can be a blessing and a curse. The way you share with all of us your journey and make so readily available the tools to accomplish similar is truly a blessing. You certainly have proven by example what is abundantly available to all. Thank you for being who you are to your fullest, and for doing what you do so well.

    Happy New Year!

  19. From the sound of your email, I think you already know we need a program to get focused. I’ve been working with a few of your CDs and so many of my issues come back to being able to focus enough to stick to anything. My son could also use a program like this as many children have problems focusing on homework, etc…

I was also interested in the comment by Dutch about skeemas. I still have issues from my childhood and haven’t had the success I had hoped for with Release the Past. I can’t seem to zero in enough on the issues to release them. Something more specific would help.

Thank you for all your help. I love your stuff.

  20. Hi Wendi,

I admit mornings are not my prime time of day. Yet time seems to run much “faster” then for me than it does at any other part of the day. I almost always wake up in a good mood. I fix a healthy breakfast to eat, clean myself, dress myself, etc. Then, I look at my watch and realize I should have been out the door on my way to work 5 minutes ago. What to do? Steve

    Comment by Steve — January 5, 2009 @ 7:41 pm | Reply

    • Interesting problem. Your perception of time passing too quickly is creating a time distortion perhaps? I have a CD called BE ON TIME and it give you the ability to be early for your appointments, or work. That might help you.

  21. Ok I got two simple, clear, programs you could make:

Being easier on yourself. Not treating yourself harshly and defeating yourself. Im certainly there, people always tell me I’m too hard on myself, but I cant help it…maybe hypnosis can?

Secondly; and I think this is is a good one; a hypnosis that helps you stay concious, and with, uncomfortable thoughts and feelings in your head. Not looking away from them or pushing them aside.
I know many psychologists that says this quailty is like the root of a healthy mind.
For example authur Nathaniel Branden says in many of his books that this quality, living conciously, is what makes you a high selfesteem person. If you stay with, and try to make sense of your surroundings. Not escaping in your mind because it’s too uncomfortable or scary. Then you will feel more capable of living and a whole chain of things happen, I cant describe it like him.

My two cents, I hope you’ll consider.

    Comment by patrick — January 5, 2009 @ 9:08 pm | Reply

    • Hi Patrick,
I have a program called Love Thyself and it has sessions about loving yourself, being easier on yourself. The session about self talk helps you focus on being kinder and changing the negative statements.
Your next request, about uncomfortable thoughts- interesting idea. I like it. Something that could help a little is the session called Release the Past. It has you focus on the thought you have, accept it, and then release it and replace it with the lesson you learned in that experience. I am not sure that is what you are talking about though.

  24. Hi Wendi, how about a CD thats just for fun? something that leaves no doubt in the listeners mind that hypnosis is real. Perhaps a person would actually experience an orgasm whilst listening to the cd, rather than ‘you MIGHT have one when you sleep tonight’

Or perhaps to ‘experience’ a transformation, perhaps changing gender, or getting younger, just something for the sake of amusement.

I guess my point is that hypnosis should also be fun, it seems the best things happen on ‘stage hypnosis’ but of course we then have to question how authentic this is. Just a thought.

  27. Already suggested Gastric Bypass Simulator. Probably too scary for the mainstream.
What about Near Death Experience? Kind of a Butterfly Effect meets Ebenezer Scrooge. People get a focused retrospective of their lives and then joyously find out it’s not too late to change. You could also include contact with one’s Holy Guardian Angel/s to demonstrate that the person never was alone in their lifetime.
That Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind movie was thought provoking. Could you create an experience erasure program, such that the subject retains academic learning and the life lessons gleaned from interpersonal experience, but the details of the life experiences (abuse, pain, cruelty, specific, mean statements from authority figures or experts) are forever ablated?
Lastly, how about Scrape Them Off? Or Antidote? This program would lead subjects to forcibly detach from and reverse the effects of toxic people in personal and professional life. We had one such co worker at the hospital, and she was just cut loose this evening. Security escorted her from the building. We all sighed with relief, despite our compassion for her. She was a psychic energy vampire. Blood I can defrost and transfuse. My psychic energy and shields are not so easily regenerated.

Damn, you are in Austin while the Congress Avenue bats are hibernating. You must go back when they’re not (March-Nov.) Want to be awed by nature? See 1+ million bats emerge from there. It is one of the coolest things in America.

  29. Hi Wendi,

I was going to write to you about this one anyway….

We need one for psoriasis/eczema conditions. The itching/pain response is awful, not to mention deforming. I read somewhere that all of these (dermatological) have a mental/emotional root to it. & Of course we know hypnosis works on these areas of our lives right? I was hoping I could find the blip where I read it…. but alas I haven’t been able to locate it. It’s also not a program I can readily find by anyone else. So that should be a real nice one for the public. I also have the perfect tester to try it for you…she suffers greatly from this condition. I’ve already told her that you work miracles!!!!

Also please can you do one for us math-a-phobes… I’ve always had trouble with math, never had algebra etc. grasping concepts is often been difficult in that area & I find my children (some of them) have similar difficulties. you had a math one before & said you needed to make a new one… you said the old one was crappola…..

  32. Dr LaScala,

Among other topics which are good food for thought for any therapist, you mentioned contact with one’s Holy Guardian Angel. I think Wendi’s “Temple of Wisdom” program fit’s in that category, except the title she uses is “Inner Sage”. It is included in the Alcohol Freedom series. I don’t know if she includes it in any other packages, but it would be good to do so, since it is such a good practice for general use. Today I finished reading chapter 12 of Dr. Israel Regardie’s “Tree of Life” where he comments on “The Sacred Magic of Abremelin the Mage”, which describes a six month program for Knowledge and Conversation of the Holy Guardian Angel. Although a hypnotic program may provide a good introduction, my personal experience and all that I’ve read indicates that this type of mystical experience often requires a continuous, conscious dedication. Another good text on this topic is Benny Hinn’s “Good Morning Holy Spirit” in which the spiritual communication is described, not as a scheduled process as in Abramelin’s ritual, but as a daily personal relationship.
For what it’s worth, I guess if my comments are out of line here, I’ll hear about it from PC World and Mac World. ;>)

  33. Hi Wendi, I think it would be fun to experience an orgasm whilst actaully in trance, perhaps if there were ones that were gender specific, rather than making most of the cd’s unisex and referring to ‘that place’ rather then being specific. What do you think?

  34. Hiya Wendi, How does this sound: make a man experience things as a woman. Too often do men not appreciate seeing things from our side of the fence, so what about a CD that allows them to experience one or two things whilst in trance?, here are a few examples:
    1) To feel as though they have breasts
    2) To suddenly feel emotional and start crying
    3) To feel Pregnant, with a swollen belly, and perhaps tender nipples.
Is this within your power Wendi? PLEASE say yes!! What do you think? Thanks

P.S if they could no longer feel their penis, that would be awesome!

  36. Wendi, please tell me what you think of this idea:

See, you do lot’s of ‘helpful’ CD’s like weight loss, confidence, stop smoking etc. But what about a fun CD? just for simple fun experiments, there are all kinds of hypnotists that claim they can make you laugh or cry on command, or forget your name, forget how to talk etc, etc.

Anyway, can you do these things? and would you consider a simple ‘fun’ CD?

    Please Respond X

  37. Going under hypnosis is w weird feeling but a great experience. Then I got to thinking about some of my other interests. I think that the state of hypnosis would be perfect for Out of Body Experiences. Looking into them it seems that most people talk about a state in between awake and sleep that is a jumping point to OBEs. Being hypnotized by you was the closest i’ve been to being able to get into a state like that without going to sleep. If you could make a CD inducing OBEs that would be liberating. You have programs for Past lives, Telekinesis, and predicating stocks, this seems like it would go right in line with them.

Also i’d like to commend your staff who are very quick and helpful.

  40. Hi Wendi:

I would like to see a hypnosis session for overcoming guilt. Excessive guilt can cause anxiety, and a hypnosis that deals with the root of the guilt, perhaps going back in time to point where this behavior was learned, and acceptance that the guilty served it’s purpose at that time, but how it’s okay to let that guilty or learned behavior go when it’s no longer productive etc. would be excellent!

Also, I believe all the popular subjects such as self-confidence, loss of weight, etc. deserve more hypnosis sessions with different inductions, metaphors, and suggestions, etc. to help the unconscious mind release the issues. Different people have different reasons for there problems at different times in their lives. Sometimes, I love a hypnosis session but then later I will tire of it, and not enjoy it as much. Probably I’m just tuning it out at the later point or have the same problems as before but for a different reason. So, different sessions dealing with the major issues with new metaphors and suggestion would be great!

    Thanks:)
